Do not assume this fits because it looks close to your part. To double check if this is the correct part for your refrigerator:
1) Check for a match of the six buttons on front - left two are lock/unlock, middle two crushed/cubed ice, right two light off/on.
If those don't match, this part won't work.
2) If they do match, further confirm by removing control panel cover from door to check the Part # on the electronic module. Remove the panel by firmly pressing downward on the lower horizontal bar and pull (or gently pry) outward. It should snap out. Then lift panel up to release top tabs. Check black box for ten connector prongs and the Part #2198621.
