Freight Shipping: Freight items will be shipped on a pallet.  We do not charge a pallet fee.  The item will be secured to the pallet and wrapped with plastic and/or wrap.  Business to Business shipping is included in the freight listed.  RESIDENTIAL or LIFTGATE SERVICE is an additional fee (this includes running a business out of your home). If a listing is marked “free shipping”, you will still have to pay the additional fees for residential delivery and/or liftgate service if this applies to your shipment. Local Pickup: Items can be picked up locally.  You may come to our location and pay for the item in person if you wish. Returns: Returns are only accepted within 14 days.  The request for a return must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.  We only accept returns that have an RMA number.  You will be responsible for shipping both ways.  We will cover shipping only if there is an extreme discrepancy in the description of the item (i.e. you receive an item not pictured or described at all).  A restock fee may apply.
